WIRB is the largest and oldest independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) in the United States. Our mission is to safeguard the rights and the welfare of the human research subject. We provide review services in over 30 countries and in all 50 states, and we are considered the gold standard in the IRB industry.

Each day WIRB is host to Board members, international and domestic visitors, clients, and potential employees; therefore, it is important that staff members represent the company in a professional manner, including professional dress.
